To help provide immunizers with practice resources that will help facilitate implementation of the CDC immunization recommendations for adolescents 11-18 years of age, ideally at age 11-12. The resource materials will help answer questions adolescents, young adults and their parents in your practice may have about meningococcal disease and immunization.
